Tank systems for 200 liter barrels are available in a calibratable and non-calibratable version.

Chassis

The Blue Mobiles by FLACO are based on the 1000-times proven and stable chassis 200. It is equipped with two large rollers and a large steering roller with hand brake. Minor bumps can be easily overcome and the chassis can be safely secured.

In order to expand the action scope and to facilitate work, the chassis can be equipped with a pivoting cable reel for the energy supply.

Feed pumps

The systems are equipped with feed pumps, which are specifically designed for the requirements of AUS 32.

Pumps with a pump performance of approx. 10 or 25 l/min. are available.

At a performance of approx. 25 l/min., the pumps are especially suitable for filling larger vehicle tanks, for example, on trucks or agricultural machines. They require a power connection of 230 V, 50 Hz.

The self-induction piston diaphragm pump FLACOJET 10 is suitable with a flow rate of about 10 l/min., especially for smaller vehicle tanks, for example, in cars or vans. It is available in versions for 12 V, 24 V, 115 V and 230 V and has a pressure switch.

Suction line

The systems can be equipped with a suction pipe or a CDS coupling on the suction side.

Dispensing technique

The dispensing hose, which is suitable for AUS 32, is designed at a length of 2 m according to standard. The length can naturally also be adjusted to your request.

An automatic nozzle with or without a magnetic lock can be used for systems with a pump capacity of 25 l/min. A nozzle without an automatic system will be used for the FLACOJET 10.

A nozzle holder or a nozzle storage with contact switch can be selected for storing the automatic nozzle.

Calibratability

Non-calibratable systems can be equipped with a built-in counter or a FLACODIS I system with a quantity preselection. Both have a digital liter display.

The measuring system in calibratable systems have an accuracy of +/- 0.5% and the FLACO ER 3 price calculator. It has displays for the delivery quantity, price per liter and total price. It also has a totalizer, which cannot be reset.
