The FLACOblue200 railway is a mobile tank system specially developed for the AdBlue® refueling of rail vehicles with dry clutch and limit value transmitter according to Deutsche Bahn Standard.
The system is designed for a 210 liter drum. Thanks to two large rollers and two castors, it is very agile and easy to move. A parking brake ensures a secure footing.
Thanks to the built-in battery, the device can be operated independently of the mains. A power or compressed air connection is not required during use.
Thus, the FLACOblue200 railway is ready to use anytime, anywhere and the refueling process is significantly reduced. A charge level indicator in a large VGA display provides information about the condition of the battery at all times and indicates in good time if the battery needs to be recharged with the integrated charger. The FLACOblue200 railway has a pump with an adjustable delivery capacity of up to max. 22 l / min. The tank system is equipped with a CDS quick coupling system and allows a quick drum change with standard 210 liter drums with CDS adapter.
The FLACOblue200 railway is securely connected to the filler neck of the rail vehicle via the filling coupling. By the connection of the limit switch connector with the rail vehicle refueling is released. The vehicle's own limit value transmitter then automatically stops refueling when the maximum level is reached.
