In co-operation with you, our experienced engineers start with the conceptual design of your filling system already in the offer phase. This is how a high-performance system grows, which is exactly adapted to your needs and requirements for best operation.

For the planning of steel construction, plant design and pipeline construction we use SolidWorks. The hydraulic as well as the electrical construction is made in ePlan. The design of the step sequences for the Siemens controllers is according to GRAFECT standards.

We built pipeworks in following piping systems:

• Mapress - pressed pipe system 1/2 "to 3" in galvanized steel or stainless steel
• Welded pipes in steel or stainless steel
• Double-walled underground pipelines with pressure controls
• High pressure piping with separating ring fittings up to PN400

control cabinets built by FLACO:

• Planning the control cabinets in Eplan P8 according to a wide range of company standard specification
• Construction of the control cabinets in-house
• Connection test and commissioning in the factory and at the end customer
• High power laser for making metal signage

The installation of the system components as well as the complete wiring and the commissioning along with functional tests are all carried in our factory in Gütersloh. For the pre-commissioning and the tests we like to use the media you are going to use on your FLACO system.

We can take on the entire integration of the filling system into your production, upon request.

Of course also the assembly of the system at the designated place and piping construction in your buildings. If you need assistance with official approval procedures, FLACO can also support in this case.
